Barbara Potvin is a native of Rochester, New Hampshire. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Science with a major in Accounting from McIntosh College. She began her career in the accounting department at Liberty Mutual Insurance and spent many years working for a local CPA as a bookkeeper, tax preparer, and auditor.
In 2006, she switched roles and became a paralegal. Barbara has been a paralegal for the past 18 years, focusing on a wide range of legal matters such as real estate, probate, family, bankruptcy, landlord and tenant, personal injury, and general litigation. She currently focuses the majority of her attention on probate and real estate Law.
In her downtime, she enjoys dancing Argentine Tango with her husband and spending time with her four children and her grandchildren. Barbara has a passion for animals and is the proud mother of two dogs, three cats, two Holland lop bunnies, and maintains a coop of egg-laying hens.
Barbara received her NH Real Estate License in 2021. Her ability to incorporate her knowledge and extensive experience in real estate law has been a great asset in assisting her clients with their real estate needs.
